No.10 Alehouse, a new micropub located in Fylde, has only been serving for the last few months, leaving an amazing impression on it’s customers since it’s opening.

The micropub was chosen by CAMRA members from Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre as pub of the season for Summer 2016, with compliments on the high quality ales available, which are regularly changed.

After accepting the award the landlord, George White said: “I’m more used to drinking ale than selling it, but I had this mad idea to open a pub. The feedback has been positive so far and this award is much appreciated.

“I live and breathe real ale, but a lot of it is being sold in pubs that are more geared to families, with food and television being given priority. I wanted a more traditional pub – a place to drink, chat and socialise.”

UKmicropubs would like to congratulate George White, along with all of his staff on providing such an award winning service and wish No.10 Alehouse all the best for future years.
