Lincoln’s first micro pub, ‘The Hop & Barley’ only opened back in May of this year and has received a warm welcome from locals.
The Hop & Barley aims to focus on frequently changing ales from micro-breweries throughout the UK. Since the opening, roughly 10 weeks ago, the micro pub has already served over 120 different ales & ciders.
Owner of The Hop & Barley, Steve Marston, also owns Cathedral Heights Brewery at Bracebridge Heath, however he assures customers that his own ales will only appear occasionally alongside the others.
The Hop & Barley can be found at 417 High Street in Lincoln.
