Jane Laws and her partner Shaun Rose purchased a former hairdressers in High Street, Burton and applied to the council to be granted an alcohol licence as they plan to open their very own micro pub ‘Fuggle and Nugget’.
With the licence recently being granted, the couple are hard at work to convert the building in to a cosy, friendly drinking environment.
The Fuggle and Nugget will be allowed to serve alcohol including cask ales, cider and wine from 11am – 11pm. The couple currently have plans for the micropub to be open seven days a week, aiming for an opening date by the end of August/September.
