A new micropub opening on Burton Road, Littleover, Derby is now a step closer to joining Chester Green Ale House & The Last Post, as Derby’s third micropub.
Derby City Council officers recently recommended the go-ahead for the new pub saying that it’s “a small scale public house in a residential area” but did shown concerns over development noise for nearby houses.
Along with the development concerns, the new application has also sparked concerns amongst locals, with 11 objection letters & a petition containing 22 signatures due to issues with potential late night disturbance and smoking & drinking outside of the micropub.
