Amazing beer selection whenever I visit and the staff and locals are always friendly. The first pub I’ve been to that feels truly welcoming. A great atmosphere and location.

Great little micropub, actually 2 great little micropubs- one in New Brighton and a sister pub in Upton. Wonderful choice of beers on tap,handpull,bottles and cans, and constantly changing selection. The core of the offer is sourced from local craft brewers.
No distractions like television, games, WiFi etc so people talk to each other and help to create a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Winner of CAMRA Pub of the Season, in CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2020 and named in Top 10 Micropubs in UK in one survey. I’m one of many regulars there and intend to visit regularly
