Listing Description

A new addition to Derby’s micropub scene, situated in the suburb of Chaddesden to the east of the city center. The Hoppy Place will always try to have a gluten free ale available as well as a ‘dark’ ale, be it dark ale, stout or porter.

Future plans include making the rear area a beer garden for summer, and a larger range of ciders especially in summer. Other ideas for the future including having outdoor caters in for themed nights, quiz night, live singers (solo guitar or duo).

The Hoppy Place is located on Nottingham Road in Chaddesden and is served by plenty of buses that stop near the venue
